Established in 2018, OT Brewing Co. was designed and built by creative people wanting to do creative things with beer. We strive to produce only the most exceptional ales and libations using traditional ingredients like barley, hops and yeast, as well as exciting grains, spices, fruits and processes that give our beer a whole new take.
